Absolutely terrible service

I own 10 Samsung items of which five of them are top of range items. I have had issues with 2 of these items a series 9 laptop, supposedly their flagship in the range as the sales person told me when I bought it. One of the key features was the onsite repair. I had problems with my laptop and logged a call with their "service center". Firstly the first call that I logged, where the gent I spoke to said that I could use me cell number as a reference, was lost. the second time that I called with much frustration a appointment was made to come out to me. Well no one pitched. On phoning their "service center" again I was told to contact the company that they have outsourced their service to.By this stage I was fuming and one speaking to the PA of the MD got a technician to come out. When he got to my business he told me that this was the first series 9 that he was going to open. he replaced some parts which he assured me was the problem, needless to say the problem was still there. He then said that it was a software issue and said that I needed to back up my system. I was going overseas the following day and was in need of my laptop. to continue
