Still have not received any invoice nor valid ans

May 2012 I evenually contacted 1st for Woman and complained to them that I still do not have a tracker fitted by Netstar. Netstar very quickly made arrangements to come to my home to fit the tracker. However, very soon after that I started experiencing my alarm going off at all odd hours when no wind or nobody near my car!! One night it was going off about every half hour - right through the night!!! Also my 6 month old battery ran flat if I didn't drive my car for more than 3 days. I was told that my car was old and the problem was not with their instrument.

October 2012 I was unable to pay my insurance anymore so I told ist for Woman to cancel my insurance and to ask Netstar to contact me with regard to the premiums for my tracker. I heard nothing from Netstar until mid Dec 2012 when someone from their offices called me asking me for R400 odd and when was I going to pay it!!! Never having received an invoice or even a call to tell me what my premium would be! The next month I told Patricia that they would have to disconnect my tracker and she then sent me an e-mail (without my telling her what the address was!!) saying that the cancellation fee would be R900. Still more to say!
