Trying to get a response from ADT accounts is impossible. I received an SMS telling me I was going to be charged for a high number of false call outs. Whenever I tried to reach someone in the accounts department to clarify this problem the phone was never answered. Eventually I spoke to someone in the call centre who assured me someone would call me back within 48 hours. That was on Tuesday morning (4 days ago) and I still haven't received a call. I am so frustrated by the consistently poor admin within ADT.
