Never good service -still expect cancellation fee

Netstar are expecting me to pay a cancellation fee when I have had nothing but a bad attitude and service from them since the start of our relationship.
It took 6 months to finally install instrument, then within a month of installation I complained about my battery going flat if car was not in use and my alarm going off at odd hours for no reason. I was told it was the age of the vehilce at fault even though I never had a problem with the alarm before. Battery was only 6 months old.
When I was unable to make anymore payments, I was told that I have to make a cancellation fee before the instrument will be removed. I received another e-mail from Noleen Quin on 10 June and since then my alarm has been such a nuisance that I have to disconnect the battery. The first night I did, instead of contacting me, they sent a message of "Battery disconnection violation" to my daughter.
After my last comment about my problem with this company, I was told to refrain from making anymore comments on this site.
They must not think that they can get away with this kind of bullying.
