Within the first month of installation the unit was not functioning well, techy came over &'sorted' it out.it lasted a few months & the problem started again.over the phone the techy advised he changed company but still helped me..i had the same prob from wednesday.calls logged, no feedback, all i want is someone to check my unit.the area manager claims if standby tech comes on a sunday its at my cost.i PAY for a working unit.why should i sit with a bill? its not my fault..
