Money Taken After we made Payments

My fiance and I signed up for DSTV in Middelburg on February 27th, I e-mailed the MultiChoice enquiries to ask for their banking details as their is NOTHING on their website. I was then sent details by Sibongile Hlongwane and I then made a payment on February 28th and again on March 27th. On April 3rd my fiance got an SMS stating that R 1 000 was taken from our account by MultiChoice. We NEVER signed documents for a debit order and NEVER gave permission for money to be taken!! If we are paying the account why is the money not reflecting on our account and why are they taking it off via debit order if we never gave permission??? Sibongile sent the debit order forms to me the day but we never completed them as we chose to do an EFT, I am VERY disappointed in the service we are receiving!!! We would like to have the money paid back within 24 hours or I will be taking this further!!!
