Very Annoyed!

In February I registered online for a debit order to be done for my DSTV payment, as I usually pay EFT, my fiance is the account holder but I have always paid the account. I registered for the debit order on the website but did not get any error message to say that it was unsuccessful as its a thrid party payment so I assumed it was fine, then I get one of those little messages saying I need to pay my account or the service will be suspended, I thought it was strange since I set up the debit order so I went into my internet banking and saw it had not gone off so I paid with an EFT, when I got home the service had been cut and I had to phone and explain what had happened (not MY fault the debit order didnt go off) i then had to pay an extra R50 for a connection fee which really made me upset but I let it go. Then at the end of March I paid EFT because clearly now the debit order wont be going off and I dont want my service cut, now suddenly a debit order is also taken!!! So i phoned and requested a refund of the money I EFT'd It has now been 3 weeks since I requested my refund and I keep getting told that the "journal is pending" Can I now charge DSTV for late paymet?? Unacceptable.
