Changed banking details, still debited old acc, Y?

On 30 April, we (Mbali Xaba - ID 8210030594086, cell 0832697184/ 0723035841) drove all the way to Randburg Multichoice to have old debit order details (FNB) amended to the new ones, we also paid for April and asked Metsing Selema to make sure No debit order will run for April since we had paid cash for the month, he promised that the debot order would only go end of May, from the new banking details (Absa)
This morning the old FNB bank account was debited, we wonder WHY didnt Metsing Selema do his job properly, the FNB had no money in it bcoz my fiance doesnt use it anymore, and dats WHY we went to give them the new ABSA details,
We want this payment reversed back to the FNB account, we wont be charged by FNB due to Multichoice's Metsing Selema neglegence, he was full of attitude blowing his Big head and nose, instead of doing his job properly, He must FIX this ASAP..
