I have always had a debut order in my account from multichoice. On the 27th may Multichoice is stating that my debit order was rejected but I have bank statements that do not show any debit order being rejected.
As a result I need to pay the an additional reconnection fee for the error made by multichoice. That is not fair at all. Why the call centre agent is instructed me to go to the bank and get bank statements as proof. I wasted my time and was charged by my bank to prove to DSTV that no payment was loaded under my name.
DSTV will have toreconnect my service and I will not be liable for any penalty fee as no debit order was rejected by myn bank.
