Don't DO debit order with multichoice

Used to have a debit order for 28th of each month. Tried to change it to 27th - what a farce. Multichoice have continually tried to debit me for the next TWO months (the month ahead -correct but why must I pay TWO months in advance??) - guess what, debit order bounces because I was only expecting one month instalment to be deducted. One year later still battling to sort my account out! Went on to cash payments every month until Sammy at Multichoice convinced me that not only would I only pay one installment, I would get a R100 discount for going on debit order so I told them to go ahead. They didn't even bother to take off the debit order and now my service has been disconnected. And my March account is STILL reflecting a two month (April and May) request for payment as current - so the debit order would have been messed up AGAIN.
