My finace and I have been struggling for days to get our money back due to MultiChoice taking money without our permission! I sent 3 e-mails with proof of payments and I forwarded the e-mail I received from Sibongile with the banking details. My e-mails are being ignored and I am getting sick and tired of having to phone MultiChoice to sort out this issue! If the money is not paid back by 11am tomorrow morning I WILL be contacting the Consumer Protection Act
