Inccorect info and im having to reimburse for it

I activated a new dstv account on the 01/03/2013 i gave out all y details to the call center agent who was assisting me to all my details and i mentioned I, d like a debit order payment taken off my account on the 25h of every month, she took all my banking details and asked who do i bank with i then advised CAPITEC. Unfortunately she told me she can activate the debit order because i use capitec so i will have to go to any multichoice outlet to make the payment, for the debit order i will have to get my bank statement take it to multichoice and i will be given a debit order request order to be fill out. On the 24/03/2013 I made a payment for my Subscription and on 25/03/2013 Surprisingly a debit order of about 925.00 comes off my acc i then went to the bank to find out what's going on and I'm told it was for multichoice I then reversed the debit order. On the 02/04/2013 i called multichoice and got through to the callcenter i explained to the lady what he problem was i was shocked to actually find out that the debit order request was active, and the lady said what she will do is send an email to get the debit order payment option cancelled.04/04/2013 debit order still active
