I plead and complain but it does not help

On 30 April Thandi responded to a complaint about an unresolved issued pertaining to my cancelled mobile service which was still being reflected on my monthly account... I was informed via the Hellopeter complaint that "We also have disconnected the mobile services on the account."

Can someone please explain to me why it is still reflecting on my account months later?

I am tired of complaining.
