I upgraded from select 2 to premium on the 28th of September 2013. I was told by the customer agent from DSTV (call center) that I am allowed to upgrade once a month and downgrade once a month.
Today (01/10/2013) in my request to downgrade I was told I can only downgrade on the payment date which is 28th of October. They receive an email as from today, this is the new rule. A typical example as label the item on the shelve for a different price and at the till something different. This is not acceptable.
