Snowy and blurry vision for a month now

Good Day
I'm highly disappointed in the service I got thus far with regards to the problem I'm experiencing with snowy and blurry vision for a month now and yet I still pay but don't watch DSTV coz I don't see a thing. I have logged this already on the 05/02/13 (case num 3086324) whereby a consultant ask me to check and do a few things and still unsuccessful and asked me to take it to the agency and they advise there is nothing wrong with the decoder. What upset me most is the 1st time I log the incident they send me the contract and cancellation letter, which already stated this ppl not interested and making quite sure that I'll have to cancel if this problem does not get solved, which I don't mind as I'm paying for something I don't make use of and the service I'm getting is utterly ridiculous. It's already indicated they can't do anything so plz do me a favor by getting that thing off my wall and ill smash that decoder coz it useless, I'm sure top TV will appreciate the business.
