I attended a Success Summit on the 2nd of March and subscribed for a course. The terms and conditions of this course stated that we had 5 days cooling period, where we could cancel the course subscription.

On the 4th of March we asked you not to cancel subscription
On the 7th and 8th of March you deducted R9999 and R5000 respectively in our account.
On the 7th we queried the deduction for R9999 citing the email that was sent to you indicating that we are no longer interested.
On the 8th we complained again and that even you tried to debit our account for a further R9000 which was not successful
On the 11th we queried both amount and we were promised that we will get our money after 10 working days
On the 12th you said we will get our money after 48hours but you later came back and said it will be paid out after 10 days
10 days passed and no refund when we followed up with you, you stated that you did not have the banking details to deposit the money, strange enough we have sent numerous email and no one bothered to send us an email requesting the banking detail
On the 27th we gave you the banking details to be used and you promised that the money will be paid to us in 5 working d
