Good day

Two days ago, we reported an incident with our DSTV Decoder that certain channels were not playing. We made a list of all the channels as requested by the agent at DSTV at the Protea Glen Mall.
They then came by to our house to check the decoder and came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong but the problem may be with the Satelite. We paid a fee of R250.00 to get someone to come and check the satelite.
The gentleman's name is Nathi.

After they "fixed" the satelite, we have found that the TV is now blurry making it difficult to view.
They had promised to come back to address the problem and to date nothing has been done.

I find this to me extremely in bad taste and would like someone to URGENTLY resolve this matter. This problem needs to be sorted out TODAY as we have paid for it.
