DECODER CARE CONTRACT

I AM A DSTV SUBSCRIBER. MY HD PVR IS NOW FAULTY. WAS TESTED AT THE AGENCY AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE A DECODER CARE CONTRACT IN PLACE. IN THE PAST I USED TO TAKE THE FAULTY DECODER TO THE DSTV AGENCY, THEY TEST IT, AND SWAP IT ON THE SPOT FOR A WORKING DECODER. NOW ACCORDING TO THE NEW RULES I HAVE TO TAKE THE DECODER TO THE AGENCY, THE AGENCY THEN SENDS THE DECODER TO MULTICHOICE IN JHB AND MULTICHOICE THEN SENDS A REPALCEMENT DECODER TO THE AGENCY. THIS TAKES THEN UP TO TEN DAYS!! SERIOUSLY?? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF COURIER OVERNIGHT?!?!? WHY IS IT LIKE THIS NOW? WHY CANT THE AGENCY KEEP A FEW DECODERS IN STOCK AND SWAP THEM AS PER CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND THEN SEND THE FAULTY DECODERS TO MULTICHOICE WHO WILL IN TURN REPLACE THESE. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHY DO I THEN HAVE A DECODER CARE CONTRACT? THIS IS TYPICAL OF THESE BIG CORPORATE COMPANIES, WHATEVER THEY DECIDE THE CUSTOMER HAS TO ACCEPT... EN KLAAR!!! I CAN ALSO GUARANTEE THAT NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THESE PATHETIC PROCEDURES!!! LETS SEE WHAT THE BIG DSTV WILL DO TO SATISFY THIS "DEMOER" IN CLIENT!!
