I called your call centre last night about my decoder, (NBI have only had the decoder for 4 months) It is burning up and I can not watch anything, I was told to go the my closest Multichoice dealer which is in Voortrekker rd Alberton to get the decoder looked at, they plugged in my decoder said it was in fact burning up and that I need to go to Randburg, Please tell me then why the did I have to waste my time going in there to check and say go to randburg, I don't have the time to drive ALL the way to Randburg to swap my DSTV so what now, why don't the dealer have stock to swap out the decoder there and then, why waste your customer time. Why cant they deliver to the dealership that is close by. I feel as a paying customer that this is wrong. You can buy a decoder anywhere but to get it swapped you have to travel.
