I have a single view normal decoder. Nothing fancy. Just want to watch tv when i come home from work. For the last 8 months i have been experiencing my dstv freezing and searching for signal in two different houses. I have had them check my cables and my decoder and there is nothing wrong with ether. I have phoned and there is no answer. I would like the head office to please phone me and reimburse me for the last 2 months where i was not able to watch dstv. And they do not seem to care about their costumers. Should i rather go to top tv?..
