I purchased a PVR, after the installation was complete I called the call center for activation. After waiting for approximately 40minutes to get to an agent. I had the displeasure of getting agent Themba (call Ref 122387067 in xtra view department. He was rude and should no respect to the customer. He was not sure what he was doing and caused more complications in getting this connection up and running. When asked for his supervisor he became more difficult and the connection never got done. He eventually said his supervisor will call back, 45 mins later the supervisor still didn't call back. I had the installer waiting on site to complete the activation all while this is costing me money for him being onsite at the incompetence of multichoice. The call had also gone to 1hour 30 mins. As a premium customer who diligently pays his subscription this incompetence is unacceptable. I called back and spoke to agent Xolani who was thoroughly professional and knew exactly what his was doing. He had both decoders, xtraview and drifta active in 10 mins. You should strive to get more agents like Xolani. Please give him a commendation on my behalf. Call Ref (122391061).
