Incorrect amount debited they just take our money

On 22/2/2013 i upgraded my subscription from select to premium.
At an average of R20 / day that should have been R140 ekstra billed on my account.
My normal subscription R175 R140 should have been in the region of R320
I also have a second account on select R175
I was expecting a debit of about R500 to be deducted.

Please explain why R852 was deducted from my account?

Yesterday i called in and was told i will receive a credit on my statement, this morning when i pulled my balance due from you self service i found that R74 was credited.
I requested that both my services be placed on select yesterday.

So basically i was charged R83 / day for having n premium subscription.
