Change Package Options Online - Customer No: 38209920
I requested that my Dstv package be changed with effect from 1 February 2013 from Premium to DStv select 2 on the 16th of January 2013. And I received e-mail confirmation that this will be done
The full subscription amount was deducted on 2013/01/29 and when I enquired about this I was informed by mail :
Your services are still on the Dstv Premium Bouquet. We bill subscriptions in advance. A reversal will only take place once your services are on the Select Bouquet only on the 1st of February 2013.
THis has not happened and I need the reversal to take place and my account changed as requested
