How can i pay so much?

I upgraded my dstv subscription from compact to premium for about a week, then i downgraded back to my normal compact package. then on the 22nd of June i upgraded back to premium again. then my account got a debit of R 786.00. i don't understand how i can be charged so much money for just 10 or so days of being on the premium package.
