On 10/01/2013 have activated a debit order via my Nedbank credit card for the subscription of R275.00 to be deducted, on realization that funds were depleted on my credit card I went to PEP Stores and paid my subscription and there forward used my Standard bank current account for debit payments which included the reversal and incentive R399.00, from there onwards multichoice has debited both the Credit card and the current account and this have resulted in reversal payments incurred due to the credit card unpaid hence the subscription is successfully debiting but with R399.00 for 3 consecutive months 01/04/2013 - 26/06/2013. Have liaised with Lerato Phouagae for more than 35min and again with Lesego Malekanyo but nothing has been resolved except being blamed for activating two debit from my self service of which nothing they can do to rectify but have to cancel it my self and don't even know how and when the R399.00 totaling to R1197.00 is going to be credited to my account as my monthly subscription is R275.00. I guess the best option is using a prepaid like Top TV as there are no hassles and long explanations but good service which clearly the lack hence their calls are recorde
