INCORRECT BILLING

Nobody seems to understand the problem i don't know if its incompetence or just pure negligence.I have always paid my subscription on the 20th of every month.On the 23 Dec 2013 i upgraded to compact and the consultant clearly told me that i have to pay a pro rata amount of R82.50 and the normal subscription of R275 on the 20 Jan 2014 as i always have.On the 06 Jan my services were suspended because i was supposed to pay R220, my question is what happened to the R175 i paid on the 20 Dec 2013 and you can't tell me i paid the R175 plus the R82.50 only for the 23 Dec till 31 Dec 2013 month cause that's just a plain rip off.I want my services to be reconnected and only pay R275 on the 20 Jan 2014 because i have done as was instructed and cannot be held liable.
