No feedback, poor service

We were always on the select option where we paid R175 per month as we only want kyknet . over the rugby period on 17 aug 2013 we upgraded to the premium to watch the rugby, now that the rugby is over we want to move back to the select just to found out that on the select you don't get kyknet anymore and you now have to pay more than R300 to get kyknet . the problem now is that we called the call centre on 2 different times around the 26 and 28 October to cancal the premium and put us back on select as one of the agents said that we have 3 months to go qualify to go back to the select, and our 3 months only expired 17 November, both agents said they will escalate our query and that someone will call us back, WELL needless to say up until this time no phonecall and we are already in November. I have only paid R175 for the coming month and demand the select option with kyknet. this is the second time I post bad service about multichoice on hellopeter. they are going to loose a loyal client just because of poor service.
