I have received countless calls and emails from firstly VOX and later on @lantic (Roelene Botha and Vinky Ntshabele) - Claiming I owe money for a premium account (R275.00/pm) which I never signed up for. According to VOX and @lantic it was done "Online" through a portal and there is no record of it.
The reference number that keeps getting quoted to me is from a "Free" 40gb VOX wildfire account that I signed up for a year ago. After dealing with 3 months of Harassment and false accusations I found my account details for this "Free" account and logged in. What did I find? A portal where one can select a subscription and signup - absolutely nothing else! no account details only two options to select from, one of which coincidentally is at R275/pm this must be where the figure comes from. I had never signed up for a premium account nor do I have one attached to that so called free account which no one at @lantic seems to understand
1 month pasted and just yesterday I received a call from Debt-In - I have now been handed over to a debt collector for money that I don't owe, for a service that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR OR USE.
This nonsense must be sorted out. It is a matter of integrity.
