I wanted to book tickets for Tap Dogs at Monte Casino for 8 people. During the process of finding tickets and getting to the point of paying, computickets system had and error an we had to start again. When I got to the payment point, I was told that I could not just book 8 tickets I had to book 9. Which was not the case 5 min earlier, after a lot of pointless debating the loss of income etc I managed to get tickets in a different spot, not where I originally had hoped for but I got tickets.
I then asked that the Supervisor call me back and I spoke to John, who after a heated debate told me "Well there is nothing I can do" and washed his hands clean of his attitude and unwillingness to help. He did not even apologise for the error on their system. The trainee that assisted me with he tickets was the height of politeness and delt with the situation to the best of his ability, but the supervisor was just useless and unwilling to help. I really hope that something gets done about the extreme lack of service that the "Supervisor" provided.
