I am truly disappointed by your online booking system, I have booked tickets for Swan Lake for Saturday the 27th and clicked on the front row tickets R 490, i chose 2 tickets and when we got there on Saturday night we found out that we are not seated together, nowhere have the system warned me that we wouldn't be seated together and if I knew i would have waited for another show. When I went to complain they treated me as if it was my fault and that I didn't know how to book online and the then put us in the Napoli box which I am sure are very cheaper than what i have booked, i am disappointed as to how we were treated and would like to know what the prices for the box tickets were and would like the difference refunded to me, I really don't think we would be watching a show there again.
