Rubbish sales talk to sell products

I am extremely pd off with the rubbish sale people tell possible clients just to get them to purchase a product.

I recently purchase a Walka7 for the sole purpose of watching rugby when away from home fishing etc. and not close to an AC power source.

I enquired and was told that the WALKA7 could be charged of a PC USB port or my vehicle's USB port while continuing to watch the game, to charge the battery.

What a load of rubbish!!! I tried charging the unit while playing, from my PC and vehicle USB ports and both came back with the same answer... unable to charge battery from power source while playing... have to be switched off!!

Now what is the use in that? By the time the battery is re-charged, the game will be over!!!

I spent 15 minutes on the phone to 0112892222 trying to get my WALKA7 activated, being sent from one department to another while listening to DSTVs rubbish about how good they are etc.

I eventually managed t o get the unit activate myself via the internet.

Get rid of the call-centres if they are so useless!!!
