We purchased 4xR100 tickets for the Bierfest at Monte for the 11th October. Arrived at around 10pm at Monte to enter the Bierfest only to find out that I need to go to the Bierfest ticket kiosk to redeem the tickets. Ok.went to the Kiosk only to find out it was closed! my groupon ticket it says valid from 6pm-11pm, The guy at the entrance was not able to help me, no supervisor nothing! He then says come through the next day and I will make sure that you will be assisted. I go the next day and hey the ticket kiosk is opened so the girls at the kiosk says " sorry the ticket is not available for today" yeah, I know that, I can read but as I explained I was at Monte yesterday and the kiosk was closed! I waited almost 20 mins while a manager comes! later the person incharge of tickets come through to say that the tickets were valid for yesterday, without get her facts in order and finding out what time the kiosk closed she just gives me the anti consumer attitude! very unprofessional! she found out they closed the kiosk at 10pm and she was wrong. I was not impressed by (1) the run around and (2) the poor attitude that I received from a supervisor. Better plan your event!
