INCOMPETENT CONSULTANTS!

Yesterday I called the call centre at 8:07 making an equiry regarding the O Summer Tea Party. Oprahs website said the tickets would be available from the 30/01/2013. When I called and spoke to the consultant, I told her that the tickets were not available and I could NOT BOOK online. She informed me that Computicket was waiting on confirmation from the promoters and marketers to release the tickets. She confirmed that I should check if the tickets are available today as she did not know when the tickets would be available. Yesterday evening at 7pm I checked the website and saw that ALL the tickets had been sold out. I tried calling the CC from my home phone and cell for 35 minutes I was kept on hold, no one attended to my call. Very furious, I called the CC now and they confirmed that there are no more tickets. While I was on the phone, the other consultant was having another conversation?? I am NOT happy at all, as I took time off yesterday to ensure that I get my two tickets, and was given the incorrect information. I am not happy and VERY angry at the service level of computicket. Are you consultants not trained properly? I want my two tickets as this was not my fault!
