I have just been to Computicket Plumstead at Shoprites Money Market to purchase tickets to two different shows. the lady gave me seats thats were the best available on her system and showing as available. It was not in the sections I wanted to be but had to take them as they showed as the only available seats.
When I returned to my office now I checked the website and both shows I wanted to book for still have tickets in the sections I wanted to sit.
I will probably now be told that I cant exchange the tickets for the more expensive seats which I did want in the first place.
Please change these tickets
