With the conversion taking placing from analog to digital, we have had nothing but bad services and issues from MNet. Since November 2012, the connection stays up for about 2 weeks and then back to snowing, dropping of connection for about a week. i have repeatedly complained and their excuse is my tv aerial might be an issue or my mnet decoder. i have had these tested and the minute i phone mnet and complain - then all of a sudden everything is in sync and working for 2 weeks again.. Last night we were unable to view anything from 16h30 to 22h30, when i phone the same BS is given to me. i personally went to speak to the technical staff and am still waiting for them to contact me. this is getting to be totally unacceptable. So if i complain then all is working for exactly 2 weeks and then we have a week of no viewing from these times as it has also occurred during mid morning.
i am no longer prepared to put up with non service delivery and considering i have been a customer basically since date of inception. so i am hopping this can be resolved and new decoders issues that convert analog to digital, of which they have still not informed the public.
