A month and a half later, still not resolved

I brought to the attention of Andries Basson the problem we've experienced several times with all ticket issuing terminals at Eikestad Mall Ster Kinekor on 24NOV13. This was for both our Edgars Club cards, awa my Capitec card. Upon scanning the Edgars Club cards it would simply show 'card invalid/ card not activated'. As these have been used several times before [Somerset Mall/ Parow Centre mostly as our nearest cinemas], we knew the cards we not the problem. Several people were called in, including the Duty Manager [who made a note of it]. As we were now running out of time and I refused to pay an activation fee [on used cards], we were asked to "pay full price its an Edgars matter". It would not accept my Capitec card either [until we paid at popcorn counter]. To date, no solution has been offered, except for 'bringing card in to Eikestad Mall Ster Kinekor where card can be tested". Quite frankly, I refused to be further inconvenienced! This matter has been brought to the attention of Edgars Club who offered to replace card. I am however seeking reimbursement for paying fullprice [x3 tickets] as both cards have been used before.
