I have five Vitality Movie Cards that we got back in 2010. We have always done our bookings online as it is just so much easier. Last year we noticed that the magnetic strip on our cards was not working and we could not buy tickets at the counter or self service desk at the cinemas.

I contacted Ster Kinekor and I was told that a replacement card will be R30 each. I explained that this is not acceptable as all five cards had the same problem and it must be a problem with the cards.

My query was transferred to Tygervalley Ster Kinekor and the manager, Kim Vorster contacted me and asked if I can come in so they can assist me with my problem. They replaced all five my cards free of charge and made sure that they all work before I left.
