Edgars Club nightmares

I have been to Edgards Westgate 9 times the last 3 weeks to resolve my Edgars club card without any success.

I even saw the manager Victoria but still nothing has been rectified.

Ster kinekor confirmed that they`ve got endless problems with Edgards club cards,

I`ve got a family of 4 and need two Edgards club cards even it means paying the monthly fee double.

If you arrive at Edgars Westgare at 09.00 you can forget to receive any type of service as they will only open up from 09.10 to 09.15 and then only 1/3 persons while there is 7 tills availeble.

The staff on the flooe chat to each other and you ask them something there attitude is that they are doing you a favour.

The most useless department of them all the the oxygen is head office.
The are the most incompetent useless bunch ever gathered under one roof.
They always dropped the calls even when the Edgars manager phoned through.
It is impossible for then to do something right the first time!!
Their functionality and purpose is `how to frustrate customers and Edgards staff`

The overall rating of Edgars Westgate is a big 0 and head office -100.

Shocking to think they get a salary!!!
