I was not asked if I had a edgars club card before the transaction was processed for 4 tickets =R232.00. The manager could not accomodate me saying that there is nothing she can do to get the refund discount as the transaction has already been done. The card must be produced beforehand and not afterwards. This is not service as it's within the same day!!!
