I have my Edgars Club Card for a number of years and NEVER experienced any problems, 1 Sept 2013 I purchased 2 movie tickets and handed the cashier my Edgars Club Card to get my discounts, she tried a number of times to swipe my card and told me there's a problem its not swiping and i must pay the normal price so instead of paying R36, 00 I had to pay R96, 00 which is absolutely ridiculous, I used my card @ Carnival City on the 4 August 2013 and had no problems... this is really a rip off, if there's a problem with the swiping machine or my card, then surely an alternative method could have been used like punching in the card number... I guess this is the last time I visit Ster-Kinekor @ da Mall.
