Dont promise everything & deliver nothing

When to STER KINEKOR last week & decided to activate my card. The machine read that it was not activated. After a long wait of 20 minutes I was sent to go to Edgards to have this matter resovled. When to Edgards used the phone and called the club card. He mentioned that my card was activated already, he also suggested that my magnetic strip could be warned out - i must get a new card. SO this card has never been used so dont know how the strip can be damaged and the Store has NO cards at all. When back to Ster Kinekor and they said must go back to Edgars - By this time I was so irated that I paid the full fees of R60 per ticket instead of the R18 that you promised, I FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. SO PLS TELL ME WHAT YOU GONNA DO ABT IT
