I have on numerous occasions asked the Staff and Management of Ster-Kinekor Promenade for upgrades regarding my Ster-Kinekor Member Cards, but have note yet received any response.
They keep saying they will have to take my card numbers and will call me...
I have the old Platinum Cards, which is basically the VIP card. I would like to upgrade my cards without losing points on them as the one no longer swipes (The magnetic strip is damaged)
Secondly I have 2 Gold Card I wish to upgrade to VIP. We frequent the movies often, but the service is just not there.
I have emailed this same query to [Email Removed] a week ago and still no reply...
