The service was pathetic!! When checking in our room it was not ready. We went for a drink, lunch and to look around, hours later (way after normal check in) we asked if we could go to our room, only to be told our room has been given to someone else, even though it was in out name after a while we got a room then only to find we were told that they did not know where our bags were! The food at the restaurant by the pool was disgusting (spaghetti). If I ate cat food I'm sure that's what it would taste like. oh yes and then there was the checking that we were in fact staying at the palace when we walked in yet other people just strolled in. No identification necessary
Bad food, bad service..pathetic.
