I made a booking 3weeks in advance- for a sea facing room, to arrive arrive after a 180km drive to a hotel that was fully booked and given a garden facing room. To top it off requested a room closer to the entrance, but given a room that was not in the old wing but further on on the new wing, my wife has a problem with her leg, and arrived at the reception amde to wait 10-15 minutes as they where running around trying to find a room. When we arrived at the room, maintanence guys in the room. Feel really let down, wasted weekend -my wife stayed in the room most of the time as she dreadded walking so far to the casino, now we wont be able to get a room on a weekend as we approaching the peak period, after bieng a loyal mvg member for so many years, i feel the group needs to know that i am totally dissapointed ant the poor and shoddy service and there was action to remedy this poor service delivery from the hotel
