Undelivered, Poor Box Office Service

After hiring a movie on Box Office and making the R25 payment on credit card, no movie was received. We phoned the call center and after three attempts and almost R100 in airtime we still had no movie. The call center staff were unresponsive and rude, their customer service left much to be desired and solved none of the problems with receiving the movie. Box Office is a poorly run rip off as is Multi Choice
