After my fallout with Multichoice in 2013, I was hoping things was sorted, but NO!! I made myself very clear I will only be paying annual subs for 2013 and normal debit can resume from 2014. They debited my account with another annual payment for 2014 today! The result is that I am now over my credit limit at my bank with other debit orders still to go off! I have spoken to them and was told that I have to go to my bank to reverse the debit order, but as I am on holiday, that. Is going to be difficult! And. Who will be paying all my other unpaid debit orders from tonight onward as the soonest I can maybe get to a bank is tomorrow?!?!?! NO-ONE can tell me and they can not do the correction from their side!!! The communication between the customer and Multichoice is up to!!!
