I accomponied my mum for a night to spent at a suite in silverstar casino. I always found it a beautiful relaxing room but this time i was disgusted. When i arrived and we were ready to check in, i was told our room was not ready this was already after 2pm, I was then given a standard room on the fround floor as opposed to a luxury suite. I did not realize this until later on. when i arrived at the room it was not 100% clean, i then asked for some people to come clean when the lady arrived she was rude and didnt smile when i spoke to her she looked frustrated, she then left without cleaning the kitchen area which led to me calling again. later on that night i ordered some water to the room, 1 hour went buy and nobody came, i called again and not only was room service not answering, calls were going to the wrong departments. the next day we ordered breakfast in room and again they delivered the wrong breakfast, i asked for basics and they brought steak and beef in my plate. who knows if i was not a beef eater how bad that would be, i complained and they gave me the right breakfast after 11am that morning which sadly i couldnt enjoy as it was time to check out the room. disgusted
