My do not disturb sign was taken away probably by the dozen children playing outside
The room till late night. I asked reception in the morning at 9am to make up my room
As I didn't want to lose that sign too. I came back at 3pm and it wasn't cleaned. I complained
And they cleaned the room. However there were no towels or tissue or soap in the
Room. Housekeeping said it would come. It didn't. I phoned for the duty manager but
She never got the messge to call me back. I eventually got the towels etc from the
Secuirty guard. I would like my points refunded for this night as I find this unacceptable
Of a road lodge.
