Rounds lost due to policy changes

I receive 4 free rounds with my membership each month. Due to playmoregolf changing their policies, I only received 2 rounds this month. When I inquired about this, I was told that I had received an email stating the new changes. The changes indicated that you would be able to book rounds in the next month (with next months rounds) this month. That is fine and accept it, but I expected to receive 4 rounds this month as that is what my membership states and not 2 rounds. The 2 rounds that I booked in November for December were paid for in November.
Therefore, I was not impressed with the way it was handled and the response I received to my query with playmoregolf. I will accept the changes to the policy (even though myself and many other members are not happy with it), but do not accept what happened this month. Other than that I have no issues with playmoregolf and have enjoyed the membership so far.
