I lost 3 rounds through the new booking system. I feel that the so called better booking system is better for PMG not better for the customers. I like the fact that you can book for the first week of the next week with that months "free" rounds if your rounds have finished, but not if it means I lose my previous "free" rounds. There must be a way you can carry over your rounds that you paid for. After all I paid R399 to get my 4 free rounds and I want to be able to use them even if it is the following month. There are many reasons why you might not be able to use your free rounds in a specific month. I don't want to be forced to play golf in bad weather just so that I don't lose the round. The "new improved" booking website is not better for us than the previous website. I prefer the old one. I wanted to use some of my Nov rounds in Dec during my vacation, when I have more time to play without worrying about my business. Now I lost those 3 rounds I wanted to use in that way.
